I have a complete Active Directory already in place, which is working very well. Tomorrow, I want to add 3 new servers to the AD and move services such as DHCP, DNS and WINS to the new servers, which are to be new DCs and setup replication on 2 of the server, which will be located in two different locations, connected via a VPN tunnel. I would like to know the best way to go about doing this. Can services such DNS be migrated or moved. Any assistance will be much appreciated! Thanks!

Make the new DNS server a secondary DNS server. Let the information replicate across, then kill the first DNS server (or keep them both up and runnig, as it is always good to have a secondary DNS server, if the first one's DNS service goes belly up). You must make sure the DHCP scope settings point to both servers, or the new one instead of the old one.
Never tried moving DHCP or WINS, but in each of these, you can export list. If this doesn't work, leave the DHCP and WINS running, create the new servers... WINS is automatic anyway, but with DHCP, try to import the list... if this doesn't work, just open two admin TS sessions and redo all the info from the first to the second.
As far as setting up in remote locations, I have been told by some friends that have doen this that it is not difficult. But I'm afraid I can't offer any assistance, because I haven't done this... yet! We have a similar project going down soon to our server and office in Spain.
SO I shall be checking back here to see updates on how its all going...
