The person who handles the phone system was let go a while back and now it just happened to become my side job. We keep calling avaya for support but we get nailed with huge bills. Does anyone know how to add a new area code into the system? Also, a person in our office wants to have a intercom set up between her and her boss. I went to display intercom-group # but I don't know how to set that up when after i add/change a ext. (ch st #) Whats the option for that. Any help would be greatful. Thanks.
