Adding MARP to existing key

[OPASIT]

I am having trouble with a phone going busy when a user is on it. It happens for both external and internal. I think i need to add the MARP on the keys but i don't know how. I need to forward the calls first to key 1 then to 8599 which is call pilot.

This is the easy way;

Ld 20: (or 10 if you need documentation)

echg=yes
item= key 0 scr 8467

At this point the system will ask you marp? and you enter YES

Then that phone will be the marp for that extension. You can also do the key 1 the same way.
