I want to join a new windows 2000 domain when i upgrade my NT domain's PDC and Exchange 5.5 Member Server. The New domain is company.com and when i upgrade i can join the forest as a new or child domain. If i join as a new domain in the same forest and setup trust relationships would that allow me to continue access to the exchange server? I don't seem to see an option for joining the existing forest and tree.
