I've a connection between 2 cisco 1600 using ISDN. In one off router I want to add a static map using
" dialer map ip 128.128.128.2 name siege broadcast 316891368"
bu I get a message :" %unable to add map, dynamic map already exist for ip 128.128.128.2"
I've never create this dynamic map and I can't delete this map.
Can you please help me.
Thank you
Kind regards

Dialer is already active - probably due to other end dialling in. If you shut the ISDN interface you should be able to add the static dialer.
Cheers,
Phil. If everything is coming your way then you're in the wrong lane.

I can't shut the ISDN interface, because I'm using this connection to set dial map in the remote router

Ok,

Add a static map for the same number but alter the IP address and change the IP address of your BRI. Then change the IP address and map at your local end to reflect the remote changes you made.

Good luck,
Phil. If everything is coming your way then you're in the wrong lane.
