Adding Clients to be backed up..

I've noticed when I install iFileData agents on a new client and then go look on the CommServer Console, there is logging activity indicating the client contacted the server as expected. I then look under licensing and I can see the iFileData agent license has been consumed. BUT, I don't see the client computers yet for some reason. The only way i've found to get them to appear is to exit the console and relaunch it and log in. Then they appear.

Is there another way?

highlight the clients part of the console and keep pressing the f5 key
