Adding Banner/Statements to exchange

I am running exchange server 5.5, my question is there a way to attach an assigned banner to exchange when users send messages out. Currently we have a software that would add the banner when a user sends an email out. But each user uses Verisign to send out encrypted email, but after it goes out exchange doesn't add the banner to it. We use (NEMX Tools for Exchange for Banners). IS there any other software we can like add to the server or create on exchange if possible. We want it when a user composes a new message some sort of banner get assigned to it automatically.. For example, you can add your signature everytime you creat an email, is there any software like that we can automatically install on exchange. Is ther any functionality like that in exchange??? I hope i explained it right.. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know....thanks

One other thing, say i have a banner on end of each mail message going out..and if we use encryption software like Verisign installed on the users side..If the mail is encrypted would the banner be attached at all???

About the second question, don't know, don't use Verisign, test it.

arcserve2000, just a small remark for the future.
If someone tries to help you, and it does not work, a more 'gentle' response would be appreciated.
I also saw you other posts, and beside 1, they are all into other threads and in several instances about the exact same thing.
Please don't do that, make you own thread like this one, just once and you will have a lot more chances to get ans answer. Questions in someone elses thread get overlooked and they may also considered to be impolite.

How to add disclaimer using the IMS Extension DLL ...Does anyone have this file IMSEXT.DLL, according to Microsoft you need backoffice 4.5 resource kit, which doesn't exist. Can someone help me, would be grateful...thanks
