Adding automatic text to subject field via server

Dont know if you can do this but, we want to set the server up to insert specific text in the subject line of a mail sent only via Internet Mail Service (ie not x400 or any other mail format) Is this at all possible, and how do you do it? Thanks

As far as I am aware you can automatically add text to the body of the text but not the subject.

A seperate SMTP mailhost can do this for you, sitting between Exchange's IMS and the Internet.
