Adding another SCSI HDD?

I have win2k server with RAID level 5 installed (not dynamic).

I want to add another SCSI HD, but i dont want to disturb my server services for very long.

Please advice me wat is the best method to add this hd in my server?

Software RAID.

What if i don't want to add new HD in RAID array. I just want this new HD addin my server as separate volume?
