Adding announcements on DN

Trying to add announcement on a DN. If I add the announcemnet will it pick up after the 4 rings and also work for the 3 roll over lines. They also want this to only work after the office is closed. So needs time-of-day service that won't play the anncouncement during the day.

Meridian mail 12. Is it possible to just have a night greeting without the day? The only way can it it to work is with both.

yes build the tod, use the night to a anouncement service and route the day back to the phone. if you have time i can set up a short test and make it happen, i know you can route a mail box with a one minute limit on it, leave a one minute msg, make the 0 out the dn, the mail will route the call to the 0 out if you check do not accept msg when full. i would use a vacant dn for the mb and just leave it full, you'll need to make it class personal.. i've used this call routing to reach a secure modem that was not on a did. i just called the mb, left a 2 min msg, with a 2 min limit on that box, the next call went to the modem, after i hang up i dialed back in and deleted the msg, i've also used menu services with an entry password, then any digit except 7, dialed security, 7 went to my revert mb... you can almost make mermail and the switch do anything your customer dreams of

Can't get tod to go the mail box get a recording that service is not available now please make another choice good bye. Then it hangs up.Also in the mail box it's self there is no do not accept msg when full. Have disable message reception and revert if message reception disabled. Which does want I want it to do. But does give voice recording before ringing the line agian. any way around that? Thanks.

you voice service dn table, entry 3, 4 , 1... that dn (the number you want answered..has to point to the tod service id. then build the tod, the dn to the tod, the tod to at least 2 different service id's..and the entry point is the tod.. the actual number dialed
