I am working on a form for our accounting department and have run into a brick wall. What I'm trying to do is to create a receiving form for our S/R department that would have all of the necessary data from our PO database displayed, but would also have a field where the receiver could enter in a count of what came in. This form is based on a multi-table query and apparently won't let me modify any field, even if that field is in a seperate table. Has anyone run into this before, and if so, how did you fix it? I know that if you're using only one table, the system will allow such changes, but it won't let you if you're using more than one table.

HELP!

Thanks PHV! This is exactly what i needed!
