Adding an additional G700 to a stack

Quick question...

Can you add an additional G700 to a stack with out powering the whole stack down?

I have a stack of two G700s and I am adding one more. The two existing have an octaplane cable and a redundancy cable, so disconnecting the octaplane cable shouldn't be a problem.
