Hello to all; I am installing a Voip Gateway on a M.I.C.S., I have not done one before, the IT guy is going to set up the Gateway, I need to do the system. Where do I start? Company wants to be able to pick up a line in the other location, and make a call out. Help me if you can. Thanks.

It's treated just like any Loop Start line you already have programmed. Build a Dest. code, attach it to a pool. Put your Gateway lines in that pool.
