If I wished to add a virual interface to a IP330, how hard or simple would this be??? we want to add another subnet to the IP330 but do not want to purchase another interface card (I do understand the reduced security this would offer me).

Any help on this would be nice...

On the Voyager administration page, select "Interface Configuration > Interfaces". Select your external interface logical interface (eg. eth-s3p1c0) and then simply configure another IP address and mask.
