adding a second processor to netware 4.11

No real advantage gained by doing this unless you run NetWare 6.x - SMP does not quite work properly in NetWare 5.x let alone NetWare 4.x

I agree. You're wasting your time and money unless you upgrade to 6.0 or 6.5.
