Hi, I have a report that shows our top customers total sales. In this report I have a grand total showing the total dollar value of our top customers.

What I would like to do next is insert another total that would do a grand total of ALL of our customers. Essentially this would be used to compare by a % how much of our total revenue is made up by our top customers.

When I try and add another summary, I cannot get the correct grand total. It is taking what I put into the selection expert to get my top customers, and will now allow me to do a total for all of my customers.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? I know that there is an answer out there somewhere, but am new at this.

Thanks

Forget it!!

I actually solved my problem using formulas.

Crystal makes formulas so easy, I could become adicted!!

You might try a top-N report. A top-N lets you define the top-N number of summaries to include in the report, with an option to include all others in a group in and of itself calles "others".
