Adding a footer on to every outgoing message 1

I'm trying to find the bit in exchange server (running on SBS Server 2000) that allows you to add a "signature" footer to every message.

This is so we can put a standard disclaimer on every message.

Can anyone tell me where it is buried in the settings?

Not buried in the settings. You need the disclaimer library.

There was a thread on this ages ago - I have the disclaimer file but can't put it on the Net and need someone with some web space.

I can email it to you if you provide your email address.

Does this file act as a snap in for Exchange?
