Add Windows 2003 Domain

I need to add a windows 2003 AD domain into a netware environment to accomodate some functions which have to run on windows servers. Can anyone tell me if i can create a windows domain with the same namespace as the Netware 6 domain name FQDN and short domain name?? I need to use AM to sync some of the admin users but i am not sure what the effects will be if i use the same domain for login etc

Have you considered putting eDir on your AD? This would bring your AD into your Netware tree and would solve all kinds of sync and auth problems.
