add text column to crosstab 1

Hi just wondering how to add a descriptive text column to a crosstab? From the crosstab expert you can add columns from database fields but I did not see how to just add a column to place a text object in (for example to display descriptive information about the data like a row title).

I think in CR XII (2008) they add this capacity, but until then, you can create a formula:

whilereadingrecords;
"Row Title"

Add this as your Row#1 to the crosstab. I usually then select this field in preview->format field->text rotation: 90. Then I grab the cell boundary and make it narrow and center the text so that it runs vertically up the left margin. For column titles, you can do the same, but no need for rotation.
