This is a new Windows 2000 SP4 machine that we received from another office. I am trying to uninstall several toolbars, games etc... When I open add/remove programs at the very top it states that "There are no programs installed on this computer" But you can scroll down and see the programs. So I followed this link and it did not help: Then I go down to the list and I can not remove or change any of the programs, they are all greyed out. So I followed this link and I didn't have the Uninstall portion so I created it and still no good: I am logged on with the only local admin account for this machine. Someone has played with the registry and did something. Any help would be cool.
If anyone calls and says "I know a little something about computers" just tell them to reformat it.
