I have a user that is using Windows XP Pro w/ SP2. I was trying to remove a program from Add/Remove Programs. When I open Add/Remove programs, there is a large gap. I've seen this before and just scrolled down until I saw more programs. However, this time there is not just a gap, the program I am looking to uninstall is not listed. It should be where the gap is. Can anyone help me with this issue?

Kelly Theriot notes:

This is generally due to the DisplayIcon having a negative number. From here you can either remove the negative number or remove the last application listed: Start/Run/Regedit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{first missing entry}

Thanks, AutoCad was exactly what was not showing up. Now it works. Thanks again.
