I'm am trying to remove the Windows games from Windows 2000 professional clients. The accessories are not listed under the add/remove windows components. I can remove them from the servers, but not the clients. How can I remove them?

Hi.

I checked my computer and yes, accessory and utilities doesn't show up under add/remove windows component. Then, I found the following article... Read this section

-- > Displaying the Items After Setup Is Finished

and modifiy the sysoc.inf file. Now go back to add/remove windows component and accessory and utilities should now shown in the list. I tried it and it worked on my computer.

Hope this help.

That was the answer I needed. Thank you.

Is it possible to get the "hide" to delete using some type of script? We're trying to delete the games from all of the users PC's. It will take forever if we have to unhide the accessories then turn around and delete the games from all of the PC's.
