We have Communications Manager 3.1 and the EAS option. We have multiple locations where we use tenanting for some purposes. However, every location/tenant is programmed/allowed to call every other location/tenant.
We're trying to use the feature to add/remove agent skills via the telephone but it does not work if trying to assign a skill group to an agent for a separate tenant than the telephone that is entering the codes. Works fine if the skill group and agent are programmed for the same tenant as the phone initiating the add/remove feature codes.
I can't find anything that would allow/deny this. Any ideas?
