Add records in table after key in data in combo

I have a combo whose row source is from a table. The combo box is on a form, the user can pick the name from the pull down list or key in a new name if it is not in the list. Then I want to the program to automatically add this new name into the table so next time this name will be in the pull down list. How to make it?
