Is there a way we can add one or two int. No. to the switch so users can call Canada .I don't want to allow them to call any International No. only this one.

Thank you,

Nick

Are you calling from the US to Canada? If yes, then you just need to define the specific numbers that you want them to dial in the ASA Analysis table. Canada uses NPAs, similar to the US. You can limit them to specific area codes, a specific exchange within an area code, or a specific number within an exchange within an area code.

Yes in your ARS ANA xx table you would just put in the one or two numbers with the correct route pattern.

Dialed Total Route Call Node
String Min Max Pattern Type Number

1900555 11 11 p12 fnpa
19005557562 11 11 p16 fnpa

The 19005557562 number can be dialed
the 1900555xxxx number can not be dialed Wisdom is Knowledge

We have blocked international calls to be dialed from our G3R. Does puttting it in the ARS ANA table override this?

In the ARS Analysis talbe the entries for 011 & 11 are probably set to deny. That prevents anyone from using those codes. Canada is not considered international from the US. If you place a specific entry in the ARS Analysis table for a number, that call will complete. In other words you can block all international calls using 011 except 011-234-222-1111 if you want to, as long as that specific number is entered.
