I am trying to figure a way where I can add selected names to the "To:" field on a forwarded message. I know how to add the drop down list in the toolbar and call in macros, but I do not know how to code it.
Basically, if my drop down has a list of ten names, I want to be able to click on 5 of them, and all 5 will appear in the "To:" field on the message I am trying to forward.
I am using Outlook 2000. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks
-Robert.

Check out the Selected property for your list box. It will be a collection of items seleced from the list box. Assuming that you know their respective email address, just add them to the end of the To, CC, or BCC properties of your email item (olMailItem) in Outlook.

Good Luck!

Have a great day!
