add multiple users to AD 2

We have 1000 users on NT4 PDC. Rather than upgrade from NT4 we want to create a brand new clean Windows 2000 DC with AD.

Does anyone know a way to export all useraccounts to a file from NT and then imprt into AD on 2000 to create new user accounts from the same file.

Any help appreciated,

You can use the adduser.exe tool in the winnt or win2k resource kit to dump the users from nt and then add them to win2k.

You can download a Active Directory Migration tool from microsoft site, this tool allows you migrate all user accounts from NT to AD... this is a great tool!
