Add more IPOCC Dialer Call Job States (Qualification codes) ??

Dear all,

There is many predefined Call-Job states (or Qualification codes: contact unreachable, Voicemail, ...etc) already configured in IPOCC Dialer,

My question is: can we add or custom more call-job states as customer needs ??
