Add field at runtime

I have the following problems

1. I need to insert fields into a report at runtime. I know that I could insert fields with formulas and then change them. The problem is, that I need to change the size and position of this fields.
2. I need to change the groupping of my report at runtime. Dos Group headers disapper, if the value of the field they group is NULL in every record?

Adding fields at runtime means using the RDC and using the 'royalty' features. You have to pay a royalty for every copy of your app.

You can change the group at runtime, but if the first group of your report is null, the group name field will disappear. Ken Hamady, On-site Custom Crystal Reports Training & Consulting
