add cab to msi

I need to add a cab file to my msi. How can I do this using Wise (or any other way).

I've already used the search on this forum but couldn't find anything that came close.

What product and version are you using?

Wise Package Studio 3.1 Professional but I've also tried Wininstall le 2003.
