Add application to trusted publisher list?

Windows XP Pro.

I have one application that gives me this warning every time I try to run it. The warning is:

This publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software?

Is there a way I can add this app to the trusted publisher list? Any help appreciated.

Where is this application being launched from? Is it on the local hard drive or a Network Share? If the latter have you tried adding the location as a Trusted Site?

file:\\computername\share (file = the actual word FILE, the other parameters require your details inserted in place of the example.

It is a network application. This is the only workstation where this happens.

I do not know how to add the location to a trusted site. Why would I use trusted site anyway? This is not a website, it is an application.

Why, I don't know, but every fix seems to either add the site the file is coming from to the Trusted Site list or make a change to the Local Intranet Site. See below.
