I need to add a static route that says:

All "SSL" traffic originating from my PC and destined for xxx.xxx.x.x and xxx.xxx.x.x should be routed to a LAN devices LAN interface address xxx.xxx.xx.x

I don't know the syntax to do this. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I only want this to happen if it is SSL traffic from my PC otherwise my PC should go out the firewall as normal.

I think you may be asking the impossible.

I have not personally set up anything like this before but I do know that there is a facility on Cisco routers called Policy Based Routing. This may be your saviour.

Yes, you need Policy Based Routing. Look up that term on CCO and you'll find everything you need to know. PBR is quite handy when you need to make a more complex routing decision than the router would normally make.
