Add a Ip phone to IP406 System

Hello... I´m working with a IP406 Office that as a ip400 Digital Station. I need to add a new phone extension, the phone model is 5610 -Ip phone-.

My Question is How to configure this phone model in the Ip406 Office..?? Its necesary to add a Ip address..?? I have the Office Manager, but i don't know how to do it...Help Please !!!
