Add a 2003 DC to a 2000 domain -- Help Please!!

Curently have the following setup:

3 Servers all W2k. 2 of these are DC's and I want to upgrade (in place) one of these to 2003, to make use of some of the benefits of 2003 (Specifically Sharepoint)

I know that I have to run the adprep on the scheme master etc.

Is there anything else that I should be aware of? I have run the Microsfot KB 325379 and all seems ok. Specifically I am thiking about DNS etc.

Should the install go to plan, or are there any other tips and tricks that I can perform before applying the changes..
