AD Site questions

Hi!
You have a HQ with one site and 5 remote locations with sites. You configure a site link from the HQ to every remote site. Site replication will start at 2 AM on all site links. The replication frequency is set to 60 min.

1. Will the HQ server start to replicate to all sites at the same time?

2. If you create a user on a remote site DC it will be replicated to the HQ site. Will the new user be replicated to all the other sites immediately or will it wait for the next replication frequency (60min)?
