AD replication over PIX

I have two domain controllers in different zones, subnetted by a PIX. The rules on the pix allow all IP traffic between these zones. All the ports that are needed for AD replication are tcp and udp ports. Does this allow all IP cover this?

As long as all traffic is permitted between all domain controllers, and port 53 for DNS, as that is how you discover domain controllers.

But yes, as long as those conditions are true, AD replication will work.
