Do I have to install IIS + SMTP in order to be able to "use" the SMTP Intersite mechanism (ISM-STMP)? What is the difference in between the two? (I maintain an SMTP server already so I know that end, but what is the ISM-SMTP service (dll?). Do I have to have an "MX" record setup for such a AD replication?
