AD in Native mode with Exchange 5.5 (NT4) possible?

Hi, we have a flat single NT4 Domain and will be upgrading to AD 2003 very soon. I've read and done a small test and found that Exchange 5.5 (SP4 and NT4 OS) seemed to be fine with the AD upgrade, but is this true, should there be anything else I need to do? Or should the good Old Exchange 5.5 with NT4 OS be fine?
