AD Conector for Exchange 5.5

Can some one please detail the install of exchange 5.5 on a Win2K Server. (I have seen parts of this in other posts but nothing specificly directed at 2K) And the instalation and set up of AD Connector for Exchange 5.5. What it does and do I need it.

You don't need to do anything in the AD to get exchange 5.5 work on it. Just install it as usual.
