Actually setting up VLANS on multi switch-router env

Hi All,

Just trying to learn this one really,

How would I go about setting the routers up to actually route the VLANS on the switches,

eg , VLANA being on switch 1 and 2, separated by router 1, what sort of commands am I looking for.

Depends really, what type of switch are you using 3550,5000,6000? In generic terms you would connect to the route processor in the switch and set up the vlans
