I've been trying to use the MS Internet Transfer Control, but I get an error when I do- "You don't have the license required to use this ActiveX control."

It then suggests I contact the company that provides it. I've been up and down the MS help pages, and tried to find how to do this, but am at a loss.

Any suggestions? I'm about the only one in the building who uses Access, and hate to bother the IT people for install disks unless that's the only way to do it. Thanks!
