ActiveX Document not accessible by others.

If you have ever successfully deployed an ActiveX document over the Web please contact me. I do not believe anyone has ever done this! I am unable. My app works fine on my machine but no one else can get it to run on their machines. The IE message is "IE is opening a file of unknow type..."
