ActiveX DLL Writing

I have been writing regular .dll's ("sans" classes) for use with VB for a little while now. I have been asked to create a registerable ActiveX DLL in C++ (again for use with VB), but am kinda stumped. Can anyone point me to any areas of help for this topic? -----------------------------------------------
