Users on my network recently started using a web-based application that requires the Crystal smart viewer ActiveX plug-in to be installed. When a user attempts to logon (with Windows user permissions)that user is unable to download the plug-in. Are there any options that do not involve manually installing this plug-in? Group Policy?
