activex controls question

Good afternoon all
I wonder if anyone has any info on the activex contrl called
Axis Control.
It looks like a meter of sorts and one which if so, I think I could use to show say the amount of items in a list or say, when the items are getting low on the list.

Does anyone have any info on its use please?

The only Axis X control I know of is for ActiveX Support for AML Multi-Axis Control Software. I don't think that's what you want, but if by some chance it is, see:

I thinks this is a touch to complex for my needs.
I was after a Meter which would show the rate at which
say a product was selling(scenario)
