Activex Component Can't Create Object

Receive this message on one workstation, twenty other workstation are good to
go. VBA debug stops on the following single quoted line:

'Set userinfo = CreateObject("RetrieveGlobals9.retrieveuserinfo")'

The RetrieveGlobals9 dll was installed/registered successfully. Same dll was
unregistered/deleted and then reinstalled/reregistered, but still get same
error.

Any ideas? Thanks.
