ActiveCaption Colours Question...

As we all know since MS Windows 98 a user has had the ability to choose a gradiant effect for the ActiveCaption bar at the top of a window.

Code: 
SystemColors.ActiveCaption

will get you the 1st active caption colour.

Question:
How do you determine the 2nd active caption colour?
