I have a laptop that was full of viruses and spyware well I finally got it all cleaned out but one of the viruses damaged my media player so I tried to go online to updated. Well now I am getting errors with active X, so I can't updated it. I tried to run an online virus scan and still get same error messages. I changed the security settings. Downloaded Sun Java and still no success. Any help would be great.
