Active X Error using MS Rich Text Box

I have used the MS Rich Text Box as a memo field on one of my forms. Of course, the app works fine on my PC, but not on some of the user's machines. The text box appears on the form but you can't type anything in it. It's almost like it's in design view. When I tried to add a new one to the form in design view, it gives me the message "...control not licensed.."
I have registered the .ocx's and .dll's using regsvr32. Any suggestions? Thanks!
