Active workflow?

Hi,

Yesterday we aplied the latest patch to our oracle 8i database. We have passed from the 8.1.7.3 -> 8.1.7.4. Everything seamed to work OK, but today realized that the workflow activities are not running correctly. Some dont start and some other stop before the end...

Somebody has an idea? How can i see if the workflow is still active?
